Mother's Day

Nikki initially trained under Patricia Butler in Jonesboro, AR, and has been licensed for Massage Therapy since March 2006.  Her primary speciality is Myofascial Release (MFR); specifically using the John Barnes Myofascial Release Approach, including intraoral treatment for temporomandibular dysfunction (TMJD).  Intuitive massage is yet another speciality where an individualized treatment is provided using a variety of skills needed in order to facilitate positive changes for the client.  Post-surgical Lymphatic Drainage, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and Barefoot Ashiatsu could also be considered specialties due to the amount of time and dedication she applies in order to provide the ultimate service.  Self care treatment protocols can be prescribed to the client for specific issues upon request as well.  

Nikki obtained the National Board Certification for Massage and Bodywork (BCTMB) in December 2022, and will continue to maintain a higher standard of ethics and care above the minimal licensure.  

Nikki has a bachelor's and master's degree in Exercise Science from Arkansas State University, giving her a deeper understanding of the human body and a whole body approach to treatment. She is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance as well.  She provides private sessions, as well as small group classes and private corporate sessions.  Personal training, meal planning, and nutrition guidance are also skilled services available to Nikki’s clientele with private coaching sessions.  Her personal background participating in competitive strength sports as well as team sports and GPP allows for insight into training that is invaluable depending on your goals.  Bodywork has always been her way of changing the world by facilitating change within others, on a conscious and subconscious level, but experience, education, and a desire to help others have led Nikki into multiple disciplines in the healthcare industry.
