Tanya is amazing! She has a very intuitive way of reading the body! She uses many techniques to help loosen tight muscles. Her pressure is just right for my needs but she is always willing to adjust if needed. She really understands how all parts of the body connect and affect others and can help address pain points effectively as a result. I’d see her every week if I could!

I've been a loyal client for the last two years. Tanya is an amazing therapist. I supposed to have shoulder surgery, but she was able to straighten the rotator, so the surgery was postponed and later cancelled. Rotator function was fully restored. Thank you, Tanya. Your hands made ✨ magic.

She did a great job of going through what I needed and wanted beforehand and checked in several times throughout to make sure I was ok!

I came in for a deep tissue massage. Tetyana seemingly took one look at me and decided that was not what I needed, even though I told her repeatedly that I have a strong pain threshold and prefer firm pressure. She saw a bruise on my calf where a child had accidentally run a bike into me and assumed I couldn’t take pressure. I asked her four times throughout the massage to increase the pressure, and she kept saying, “Oh no, you don’t know—you don’t need that.” She also used a massage machine instead of her hands for part of the massage. She treated the appointment more like a hair salon visit, repeatedly trying to chat with me about my life. I don’t get a massage to talk; I am there for the bodywork. I have been getting massages for over 20 years and left with no part of my body feeling even remotely sore that day, the next day, or even two days later. I can only assume she has a much older clientele and is used to making decisions for people. I know my body well enough that I would have appreciated her actually listening to me and giving me the deep tissue massage I paid for, not the watered-down Swed-“ish” back rub I ended up getting.
