Because we are not just bodies, but body-mind-souls, I use modalities like intuitive bodywork, energy work, craniosacral therapy, vibrational sound therapy, aromatherapy, breathwork, and guided meditation to help heal the body, mind, and spirit.

Massage Therapy Changed My Life
I was in a severe car accident at age 18. I actually died and left my body, having what many call and OBE or NDE (out of body or near death experience). It's far too long to recount here, but if you ask me about it I'm happy to share the details! I sustained a six inch cranial fracture, broken jaw, and severed all the tendons in my right arm. Even with extensive surgery, the surgeons warned me I might never be able to use my hand properly again. After following an intense massage program I regained full use of the arm and all my fingers. Amazingly, I was also pain free without the use of drugs! I became fascinated with massage therapy and thoroughly convinced of its many benefits I went on to graduate from massage school a few years later. It became my lifelong career and passion.
