It has been a while since I have had body work done as in the past my results were not what I had hoped. Whitney has shown me just how much it can really help with injuries and recovery! I was having a lot of pain on my right side of my neck, to the point that I couldn’t turn my head to the right. Whitney worked out the issue during our session, giving me back full mobility almost immediately. She also gave me some things I could do to help prevent it and I haven’t had the pain since. She also noticed some other areas that were tight such as my chest and used scraping techniques that really helped. I hadn’t noticed I was so tight but after that session I felt like I had more mobility back and less pain which has really helped with my workouts. Whitney is so insightful, knowledgeable and insightful. She helped me with all of my questions and helped understand more about what was happening and things I could do for myself. I will be only be coming to here and will be doing so consistently as it has helped me so much. I can’t recommend her enough.
