Hi, I’m Yao Zheng!

I’m a Certified Athletic Trainer, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Strength Coach based in Jacksonville, FL, dedicated to helping athletes, martial artists, and active individuals recover from injuries and get back to peak performance.

At PowaZ Performance Therapy, I take a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation and performance enhancement—integrating manual therapy to restore optimal movement, corrective exercise to address imbalances, and strength training to build resilience. I had pain in my lower back and left groin area due to a muscle strain. Yao was extremely knowledgeable as to which stretches needed to be done and took great care of the areas that were in pain. It’s not your traditional “spa like” experience; it was more focused on deep tissue work which I enjoyed since I felt like the specific areas that were in pain were really getting addressed. I got my massage this afternoon and no longer feel pain in either area. I would definitely see him again and I would highly recommend him!
