At Perfect Waves of Wellness, I'm a licensed massage therapist, Spinal Flow Practitioner, and regenerative health coach. With over 20 years of experience in the healing arts, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others return to balance—physically, emotionally, and energetically. As a licensed massage therapist, I began by addressing the body through therapeutic touch, learning how pain, stress, and emotion are stored and released through the muscles and nervous system. I will be adding Spinal Flow Technique (SFT), which is an alternative therapy that aims to improve spinal health and relieve pain. It involves gentle pressure applied to access points on the spine, known as "gateways," to stimulate the body's natural healing mechanisms. My path organically evolved into deeper layers of wellness, leading me to become a regenerative health coach—supporting the body’s innate ability to heal by restoring alignment, cellular vitality, and energetic flow. I now integrate a wide range of holistic modalities, including Cera Thrive Red Light Therapy, Healy Frequency Therapy (pain, sleep, beauty, bioenergetics, meridians, and the power of three), massage and bodywork, energetic healing and nervous system support, and Purium Health superfoods and supplements.
