About Pelar Holmes

I specialize in Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Swedish (relaxation), Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Sports and pre/post natal massage.  I understand the stress(es) that can engulf the body and mind; my goal is to educate clients about the benefits of massage and how important self-care is, all the while providing effective, therapeutic treatment.  I accommodate pressure to the client's needs within a therapeutic range.  

I accept L&I and PIP (car accident).
