About Pelar Holmes

I specialize in Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Swedish (relaxation), Trigger Point, Sports Massage and pre/post natal massage.  I understand the stress(es) that can engulf the body and mind!  My goal is to educate clients about the benefits of massage and how important self-care is, all the while providing effective, restorative treatment.  

Cupping therapy, hot towels, warm stones and aromatherapy are integrated into massage sessions to create a holistic and therapeutic experience.  I accommodate pressure to the client's needs within a therapeutic range.

Pelar Holmes has a true Gift for intuitively understanding her patient's needs without any description of symptoms. Her level of strength, physical control and skill is a Blessing to her clientele. My husband and I have been clients for two-hour massages each on a weekly basis for nearly two (2) years now.
