Pamper Thyme was created as a cozy, calming space where you can slow down, exhale, and feel genuinely cared for. Founded by Hilary, the intention has always been simple: to offer thoughtful, nurturing bodywork that helps you feel more at ease in your body and supported in your day-to-day life.

Each session is completely customized for you. Some days that might look like deeply relaxing Swedish massage, other days more focused therapeutic work, or gentle techniques such as myofascial release to help the nervous system unwind. We’ll tune in together and create what your body needs in that moment.

As Pamper Thyme has grown, Stevi has joined the practice, offering the same calming, intentional style of massage and expanding appointment availability. When booking, you’re welcome to choose the therapist and time that feel like the best fit for you.
