With over 10 years as a licensed massage therapist and recent registration as a massage therapy instructor, I bring advanced training and a results-driven approach to every session. I specialize in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) — including post-surgical and oncology care — along with deep tissue, sports massage, and other targeted techniques that improve circulation, reduce pain, restore mobility, and support full-body recovery.

Every session is completely personalized. There’s no cookie-cutter approach here — your body, goals, and current condition guide the work.
