About Optimum Wellness by Tea Massage Studio

I started in Physical Therapy and continue to practice by blend massage therapy and providing more personal healing touch treatment.  My only Son who recently passed away is my guiding force of starting my business, as we shared the vision together in my healing ministry, we talked much about the philosophy of Mind, Body and Spirit while cultivating compassion and, wellness to the community for the greater good.  


 

We are located in Monroeville with free parking and handicap parking accessible building, elevators and spacious hallways for adaptive equipment.

I had an absolutely great experience with Tea at her massage studio, Optimum Wellness. As I approached the studio, I could feel and smell the relaxing atmosphere. Tea is super professional, has a calm spirit and is wonderful to talk to. I can definitely say she listened to everything I said and release the tension in my neck, shoulders and back with the perfect amount of pressure. I left feeling really relaxed and stress-free. Service Received: Optimum Bespoke Massage- 90 Minutes with Tea P.
One of the best massages I've had. Tea's knowledge, background, and experience is evident in her ability to really work on my problem areas like my upper back/shoulders/neck (from working long hours at a desk), in ways other massage therapists couldn't. I've received real relief from tightness and pain, and with the benefit of it being a relaxing experience, as well. Her aromatherapy options are also top notch. I will definitely be back.
