Welcome to Desert Lotus Integrative Wellness.

I empower families with knowledge in nutrition, yoga and massage so they can build a wellness foundation that allows their family to grow and thrive.

I navigate families through the “fad” wellness culture and help them develop a customized wellness plan that is as unique as they are.

I have a background in yoga, meditation, massage therapy, nutrition and masters in biomedical science. That last one sometimes feels like a crazy outlier in my career but it has proven to be extremely beneficial in my behind the scenes research on holistic wellness.
