Very well versed in what she does. Does a great job of listening to your concerns and aches you may be experiencing. Also does a great job of being transparent on what’s a realistic goal / expectation. Also not a cookie cutter massage therapist lol. Does a great job at getting after your imbalances to get you closer to being pain free and mobile.

Jessica is beyond talented! She is compassionate, listens to your needs, and is very skilled with reading your body during the massage. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does and is always learning new techniques. The extent of her knowledge always impresses me. She is also very mindful of consent when moving around the table and your body. Also, the space is beautiful and calming. I won't go anywhere else now because no other MT can compare. I highly recommend Jess! I always leave her table feeling better than I arrived.
