Jessica is amazing. I could really feel her intuitive understanding of the body during my massage. She took time to sit with me at the beginning of the appointment and understand what areas I wanted to focus on. This was the most thorough and comprehensive massage experience I've ever had. Jessica was able to get into different tissues and muscles I've never had worked on before. And after my massage, she shared some home exercises to keep working on my mobility and loosening up tight fascia. I will absolutely be back!
