Located in uptown historic Butte Montana, New Life Massage Therapy practices General Body Work including Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Hot Stone Therapy. My name is Meika Barney-Ruegamer and I got into Massage Therapy because a few years ago I was injured on a job. I could not find relief in anything that I tried until I started to go to Massage Therapy. I knew that  I wanted to share the healing experience of Massage Therapy with others. I specialize in General Body Work including Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Hot Stone Therapy.
Massage Therapy can help relieve stress, tension and can help with treatment and rehabilitation of damaged muscles.

I walked in extremely tight and with very little mobility in my shoulders and neck and walked out feeling completely relaxed and far less tight and had mobility without pain in my neck. Meika is concerned about the whole you and not just your muscles.
