As a proud U.S. Army Veteran and Licensed Massage Therapist with over a decade of experience, I am passionate about helping clients move better, feel better, and live with less pain and stress. Since 2015, I have worked in a variety of settings, including spas, chiropractic offices, and wellness clinics, gaining extensive experience in therapeutic and results-driven bodywork.

My approach combines relaxation with targeted treatment to address each client's unique needs. Whether you are dealing with chronic pain, muscle tension, stress, postural imbalances, athletic recovery, post-operative swelling, or simply need time to recharge, I customize every session to support your wellness goals.

My specialties include therapeutic massage, lymphatic drainage, neuromuscular therapy, cupping, oncology massage, and recovery-focused bodywork. I believe that massage is not a luxury—it's an important investment in your overall health and well-being.

"Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within this timeframe will incur a charge of 50% of the total payment. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours' notice will result in a charge of 100% of the total payment."
