I highly recommend Jordunn especially if you are recovering from an injury. I was having rotator cuff pain and muscle guarding preventing me from moving my shoulder normally. Jordunn relieved surrounding muscle tightness and was extremely careful to not aggravate the injury. I left with some range of motion restored and knowledge of which muscles need continued attention.
