Licensed in massage therapy since 2007 and esthetics since 2011, Alena brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience, advanced training, and a deeply intuitive approach to healing.

Before entering the wellness field, Alena faced her own journey with chronic illness and persistent pain—experiences that brought her to the edge of disability. Through consistent massage therapy, supportive lifestyle changes, and a commitment to self-care, she began to reclaim her health, energy, and quality of life. That transformation became the foundation of her life’s work.

Today, Alena specializes in supporting individuals living with chronic pain, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS/ME), fibromyalgia, and long-term health challenges. Her approach blends therapeutic bodywork, customized skincare, and holistic wellness guidance to gently support the body’s natural ability to restore and rebalance.
