I completed my massage training at North Eastern Institute of Whole Health in Manchester, NH in 2002, and currently hold therapy licenses in both NH & MA.

In the following 13 years I practiced massage therapy part-time in addition to a full-time career in Healthcare Finance.  After thoughtful consideration I left my full-time position in 2015 to follow my instincts down a path in a field which speaks to my heart and soul.  

Although I have offered many familiar massage modalities over the years I continue to stay educated, evolve and add services to keep things fresh and stay on point with current research and findings.  

I have most recently added Craniosacral Therapy training to massage. Craniosacral Therapy is performed fully clothed on the table using a gentle light touch approach that releases tensions deep within the body. It helps to relieve pain and improve whole-body health by assisting the body to enhance its own self-correcting mechanism.

Other significant specialized trainings include Oncology Massage (2016) and certification in Complete Decongestive Therapy & Manual Lymphatic Drainage for the treatment of Lymphedema among other benefits (2018).  

Lymphedema is a potential side effect of cancer surgery and radiation therapy that can appear in some people during the months or even years after treatment ends. It is important to keep a trained eye on this condition as early recognition and treatment is vital to keeping it under control.

Massage therapy provided by a licensed therapist with specialized training in Oncology Massage can safely help manage the side effects of a cancer diagnosis and/or treatment.  Clients particularly notice changes in pain, nausea, fatigue & anxiety among others.

Having deeply rooted beliefs in the mind/body connection I incorporate many of the skills I have learned in all of my sessions modifying these to each individual's needs.  I invite you to experience the healing touch of massage which not only eases muscle soreness, it can also help reduce pain, improve mood, lower anxiety, reduce fatigue and increase relaxation for anyone!
