I completed my massage training at North Eastern Institute of Whole Health in Manchester, NH in 2002, and currently hold therapy licenses in both NH & MA in addition to National Certification through NCBTMB.
Since then I've practiced massage therapy part time in addition to a full time career in Healthcare Finance. After thoughtful consideration I left my full time position in 2015 to follow my instincts and follow my path in a field which speaks to my heart and soul.

I have most recently added Cupping Technique to massage. Cupping can provide deeper relief to painful areas and tension using gentle suction as opposed to deep digging work. In a shorter amount of time we can greatly affect tissues without unwanted pain. Gentle facial cupping can promote the clearing of sinus passageways, relief from TMJ & headaches in addition to the overall skin benefits of increasing circulation to these delicate areas.
In 2016 I received specialized training in Oncology Massage and continued in 2018 with certification in Complete Decongestive Therapy for the treatment of Lymphedema. Lymphedema is a potential side effect of cancer surgery and radiation therapy that can appear in some people during the months or even years after treatment ends. It is important to keep a trained eye on this condition as early recognition and treatment is vital to keeping it under control.
Massage therapy provided by a licensed therapist with specialized training in Oncology Massage can safely help manage the side effects of a cancer diagnosis and/or treatment. Clients particularly notice changes in pain, nausea, fatigue & anxiety among others.
Having deeply rooted beliefs in the mind/body connection I incorporate many of the skills I have learned in all of my sessions modifying these to each individual's needs. I invite you to experience the healing touch of massage which not only eases muscle soreness, it can also help reduce pain, improve mood, lower anxiety, reduce fatigue and increase relaxation for anyone!
