About the Therapist:

Hello! My name is Olivia Supinski. I am a highly skilled and compassionate massage therapist with over 15 years of professional experience helping clients achieve optimal health and wellness. Certified in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cupping therapy, gua sha, hot stone, sports massage, PnF stretching, and trigger point therapy, I bring a holistic and personalized approach to every session. 

My journey into massage therapy began with a deep passion for understanding the body's innate ability to heal and thrive. Over the years, I have honed my skills by working with diverse clients, ranging from athletes seeking improved performance and recovery to individuals managing chronic pain and/or stress. 

Known for my intuitive touch and attention to detail, I create customized treatment plans that address each client's unique needs. By integrating techniques like PnF stretching and Myofascial Release (MFR) to enhance circulation, improve mobility, and reduce muscle tension, as well as trigger point therapy to relieve localized pain, I'll ensure a comprehensive and restorative experience.

In addition to my extensive certifications, I am continuously expanding my knowledge through ongoing education to stay at the forefront of massage therapy techniques. I recently obtained a certification in Fitness Instructor Training  to further help client's achieve optimal health and pain-relief.
