Darlena is the best! She always starts the session with “what do you need today” and I can honestly just say to her to do what she feels that I need. She is intuitive and has a calming energy that is soothing. I consistently leave feeling relaxed, relieved and rejuvenated not just my body but my mind as well. I recently experienced her connective touch (I hope this is the correct title) massage that includes massage of abdomen and chest. I have a whiplash injury but this will be an amazing addition for people with other chest injuries or illnesses. It was very healing and felt so grounding to me. I highly recommend seeing Darlena at least once a month!
