The industry of massage changes rapidly. It's far from just relaxation anymore. It's become much more in terms of pain management, dealing with mental stress, and trauma. Massage can help keep people from getting dependent on pain medication. Other benefits of massage are aids for anxiety, trouble sleeping, cortisol levels, and faster healing from injuries.

I provide multiple service options that, when combined, best serve each client's unique needs. My focus is to help heal the body and mind. I practice with a combination of deep tissue, neuromuscular, and myofascial. I also practice energy techniques, such as stretches and joint mobilization. I practice passive, resisted, and assisted range of motion to help you achieve wellness to relieve and relax muscle tissue. 


Chair Massage Sessions - options for 30 and 45 minutes. 

Table massage sessions - options available for 30, 45,  60, 90, 120  minute sessions. 

Add-ons available to enhance your experience include hot stones or warm towels, dry exfoliating brushing, cupping, peppermint scalp treatment, cold stone facial and Jaw massage, hand, feet or back scrub

Assessment and covid safety measures are required before each session.
