I traveled around the entire world and all 48 states, and have had several massages over the past several years. The most recent example is a hamstring problem causing serious knee pain she worked on 6 weeks ago and the fix seems to be permanent. Whenever firm pressure is required, especially in the upper shoulder areas where she has done extensive work, Maynilla uses a gradual process to warm up the area and get it relaxed first rather than simply diving into the spot with full pressure as others in the past have done.
