I want to be present with each of my clients, to be able to use my intuition and knowledge to bring healing to each of us, wherever we are at. Whether you work at a desk, from home, are an athlete, are living with a disability, or simply need a mental respite, I want to be able to facilitate change for you. I recognize and acknowledge the many layers of emotions and physical ailments that can get in the way of the things we need to fulfill us, steady our inner reserves, and allow us to move through our personal phases. Along with very high quality education and 15 years of work, I have pursued continuing education in myofascial work as well as Reiki training, which incorporates energy work and a deeper connectedness in my sessions.
