We use a targeted approach that focuses on specific areas of the body to aid in the treatment of minor and chronic injuries. The types of techniques used in our Sports Massage will depend on the injury or the needs of the individual, but we commonly incorporate deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, cupping and muscle scraping, paired with stretching movements.
