Scheduling and intake is very smooth and easy…making the appointment less stressful! The space is calming with liw lighting and soft music. The addition of the sauna for 10 minutes prior to the session was spectacular!

Lawrence was AMAZING! He showed up on time and he was very knowledgeable about what I needed. He easily explained what I was experiencing as far as pain. More importantly, he relieved my discomfort. Also, he explain reasons why it occurred. I usually do not use stones and or oils but it did. This was the best massage I’ve ever received. I dozed off 2-3 times during my session. I scheduled my next appointment.

I’m a female USAF Veteran who has been to countless massage therapist across the U.S. and overseas. Hands down Lawrence is in a league of his own. Not only is he highly educated, he is extremely in tune. He was able to pick point every issue I had without me telling him. Very relaxing room, music, energy. I was a bit nervous ar first but he instantly broke down my fears and had me so relaxed and I left floating. 10 out of 10 recommend!!! I have him booked out for the year and schedule a few house calls. We’re lucky to have him in Virginia! Nicole
