Misty has been my massage therapist for about four years. Her massage is a basic element of my personal wellness. Over time she has become very familiar with my body and often identifies areas that I didn't realize need extra attention. Recently I was in need of a major surgery that was preventive in nature. Two weeks post-op, I was able to resume my massage treatment and was absolutely blown away by Misty's ability to address my mind and body post surgery needs. The tension I was carrying in my body was way beyond my awareness. The massage opened a flood gate that has directed my healing path, and I scheduled two additional massages within a one week period. Without a doubt, the massage decreased my need for pain control medication. It also helped me plan for other non-medication approaches to healing such as increased stretching and daily mineral baths. Massage therapy is an integral part of my proactive health approach, and I am so grateful to have established myself with a therapist of Misty's caliber. I highly recommend her and do not hesitate to attest to her healing abilities.
