“How long of a session do I need?”
Every body is different, but one thing stays the same—I take time to let your muscles relax before working deeper. That way, your session is more effective and less intense. Here’s a quick guide to help you choose the right length:
- 60 minutes – Great for focused work on one area (like just your upper or lower body), or a quick full-body session if I’ve worked on you before.
- 90 minutes – Ideal for a full-body massage with enough time to ease into those sore, tight areas.
- 120 minutes – Perfect if you’re carrying a lot of tension or want a full-body session plus extra attention on multiple areas.
***Have you already booked with me, and are trying to find your way to my table? Once you get to the address, you'll enter the big brick building and head to the second floor. Follow the hallway that shares a wall with the elevator until you reach the second door on your left. Once inside, please remove your shoes, place them on the tray to the left of the door, and take a seat!***
