I can't say enough good things about Alexa. She is so pleasant and professional. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I am trying to alleviate a lot of grief, anxiety and stress due to losing both parents within a year. I was busy caring for them and I stopped being focused on my own well-being. Working with Alexa is a good addition to that self-care routine. I was so pleased with the results! I will keep going back. Highly recommend.
