Gudjon Bergmann is a licensed massage therapist (LMT) and medical massage practitioner (MMP) dedicated to helping his clients relieve tension, pain and discomfort. Booking Policies

• New and existing clients pay in full at the time of booking.
• Mindful Hands Massage accepts HSA/FSA cards.
• You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Please book the appointment in the name of the person receiving the massage.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your session's scheduled start time, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged.
• Refunds are only offered for medical exceptions.
• Tipping is never requested but always appreciated.
• Same-day bookings can be made up to 3 hours before the scheduled time.
