Mindful Hands Massage is genuinely one of the best massage experiences I have ever had. I have a membership because the work consistently helps me feel better. The space feels calm, welcoming, and focused on healing. I have had both deep tissue and therapeutic sessions here, and every time I leave feeling like my whole system has been reset. If you deal with chronic pain or tension, or just need a fabulous relaxing massage, this is the place I recommend. The work is thoughtful, intuitive, and makes a real difference.

I have been receiving massages from Gudgon for several months now… Sometimes you take for granted the quality of service you are receiving until you compare it to another service, trying to do the exact same thing. I received 2 massages on a recent cruise and they were nowhere near the same level of quality. Gudgon knows exactly what he’s doing and is by far the premier therapist in the Hays county area!
