Gudjon Bergmann is a licensed massage therapist (LMT) and medical massage practitioner (MMP) who specializes in deep tissue, myofascial release, and therapeutic massage to relieve tension. Each treatment is guided by scientific reasoning and a mindful touch, focused on alleviating the effects of modern living by addressing physical ailments and promoting overall well-being through bodywork.

Extensive Training

Gudjon has received extensive training from renowned teachers. He has studied orthopedic massage with James Waslaski, medical massage with Tamlynn Cameron, myofascial release and scar therapy with Pete Whittridge, and trigger point therapy with Indira Rubio. He is currently enrolled in a clinical massage program with Whitney Lowe.

Bergmann is also a part-time instructor in the massage program at Austin Community College, where he teaches business, fundamentals one and two, pathology, and health. 

Booking Rules

• New and existing clients pay in full at the time of booking.
• MHM accepts HSA/FSA cards.
• You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Please book the appointment in the name of the person receiving the massage.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your session's scheduled start time, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged.
• Refunds are only available in cases of medical exceptions.
• Tipping is never requested but always appreciated.
• Same-day bookings can be made up to 3 hours before the scheduled time.

Mindful Hands Massage is located in San Marcos, right behind the new Buc-ee's on I-35, and proudly serves Hays County, including Kyle, Buda, Lockhart, Niederwald and the surrounding areas in Texas.
