Beth Mitchell, LMT – Licensed Massage Therapist & Reiki Master

Beth Mitchell is an independently established massage therapist with a deep-rooted passion for healing and whole-body wellness. Since graduating from the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy’s intensive 750-hour program in 2009, Beth has cultivated a practice centered on relaxation, targeted tension relief, and compassionate care.

Drawing on her personal experiences as an athlete and her journey through multiple surgeries, Beth brings empathy and a unique understanding to her work. Her approach not only addresses physical pain and discomfort but also considers how tension in one area can affect the body as a whole.

Beth is committed to continual learning and has completed a wide range of advanced training. She is a certified Reiki Master and has earned certifications in both Oncology Massage and Hospice Massage. Her specialized training also includes Craniosacral Therapy, Techniques for the Anterior Neck, and the Anatomy and Technique of the Lumbopelvic Base—beneficial for clients with lower back or hip concerns.

With experience in both clinical and spa settings, Beth integrates her knowledge, intuition, and years of hands-on work to create a customized experience for every client. Her calm presence and genuine care shine through in every session, helping clients not only find relief but also reconnect with their bodies in a meaningful way.
