About Mike the LMT
I've been a passionate and dedicated massage therapist since 2020 practicing the art of healing touch. I offer various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, Thai, myofascial and prenatal to provide a tailored and rejuvenating experience for my clients. My goal is to foster mind & body connection, develop a deeper sense of self awareness, help alleviate tight or tense areas of the body and enter a deeper sense of rest and relaxation. I believe in the profound healing power of touch and am committed to enhancing the physical and emotional health of those I serve.

Mike is a highly skilled, generous, and thoughtful massage therapist. After a brief welcome check in, he got right to work. I have a long list of body aches and stress, but almost immediately those pains diminished as I was completely immersed in a relaxing deep tissue massage that transformed my posture, my thoughts, and my mood. It was an epic experience. I've already referred Mike to friends and I'm signing up for a membership.

I had a wonderful massage the other day at Roots Holistic Wellness with Mike the LMT! He is a true professional in that he is very respectful human. He makes you feel comfortable. he asks what pain and soreness you may be experiencing. The room was quiet and clean putting your mind at ease. the experience was amazing!!!

Mike is a superb massage therapist. His knowledge is vast, he listens intently, and is responsive to what you need. I have been getting regular massages for 50 years, and he is among the very best. I recommend him extremely highly.
