Allen Holsey is a licensed massage therapist and certified powerlifting coach with two decades of experience helping athletes and active individuals perform at their best. His work focuses on sports massage, deep tissue techniques, and mobility-focused bodywork, creating targeted, effective sessions that support recovery, reduce pain, and enhance performance.

Kelli brings a deeply intuitive and globally inspired approach to healing. With advanced training in Thailand, Indonesia, and Canada, she specializes in Thai and Balinese massage, blending tradition with expertise to create sessions that are both restorative and deeply grounding. Her extensive toolkit includes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Prenatal/Postnatal, and more.
