I hope your Holiday Season was wonderful! As we head into the Next 2 months of hibernation, viruses, and being stuck inside I wanted to give you all a heads up on my upcoming surgery on my wrist and my month hiatus recovering from said surgery. I am having a new surgery and also having 2 cysts removed from inside the joint from chronic overuse. I will be in charge of my own holistic recovery, using all the techniques and new innovative ways to rehab. I have myself and a small team to get my wrist feeling better than it has in many years. From raising kids on a farm to milking goat 2x a day for 15 years to performing thousands of massages, this is an upgrade! I will be able to continue doing what I love for many more years! During this time, I will be able to book Reiki Healing Sessions, and select Healing Sessions from my menu. All my HomeAid Apothecary Items are also for sale including lip balms, anti viral roller balls, tinctures, oils, customized organic bath soaks, sugar scrubs, herbal inhalers for congestion, protection sprays, beef tallow moisturizer, & more. My organic line of products is stellar and I make everything in house with organic products that I grow or buy in bulk from trusted sources. During my down time I will be taking a few online holistic wellness courses and possibly taking a vacation to absorb some vitamin D3 and recover in a holistic wellness spa space.
