• If you are eligible for a company discount, your rate will be adjusted at the time of service.
• Gift certificates are transferable to friends and family. All gift certificates and series package will be honored at my San Francisco and Oakland locations.
• All SF appointment credits may be used for your Oakland appointments. Allow me to make this adjustment in the system at the time of service.
• Cancelling your appointment within the 24-hr window will require full payment of the service. We hope to avoid charging this fee so we ask that you plan ahead to give us 48-hrs notice. ​
