Holistic Facial Tension Relief: Using techniques such as manual lymphatic drainage, external myofascial release, and intraoral buccal massage, this session is designed to help bring awareness to the face, soften fascia, drain lymph fluid, and release tension. This is beneficial for TMJD, tension headaches, teeth clenching, Bell's Palsy, healing of facial injuries (past acute phase), sinus pressure, or facial sculpting outcomes.

Custom Therapeutic Massage: where each session is a collaboration where we discuss what you want, and we create a custom plan that will best suit meeting your goals, whether that is to reset nervous system, find pain relief, or increase limited mobility. No matter what you need, there is no additional cost for any add-ons. No tipping is expected.
