Hi Im RENAE and I've been practicing massage therapy for 14 YEARS with great intuition of where pain lies or can hide.
Pain acts as a puzzle that waits to be solved. I, in fact LOVE puzzles and I will help do my best to help solve yours!
I offer deep pressure and incorporate some trigger point therapy to help reduce pain and increase joint mobility in DEEP TISSUE massage.
I offer lighter pressure to help reduce anxiety, tension, and stress resulting in a deep state of relaxation through SWEDISH massage.
I offer different time durations to fit your therapeutic needs.
In a busy stressful world it would be ideal to just plug ourselves into some outlet and recharge, renew, and rejuvenate to keep going. Sadly, its just not that simple. We are human we aren't robots! As humans we have to take care of our bodies! Our bodies are our vehicle through life. Massage is one of those outlets!
Some of the amazing benefits to massage are it helps to improve circulation, release any tension or pain in muscles to result in better mobility and flexibility, increases the immune system, boosts mental health & wellness, releases any stress, and aids in deep relaxation helping to reduce anxiety.
I can accommodate any out of office appointments with my table or chair if notified ahead of time. I am also open to work any massage parties or chair events!
