About Mash Massage

I'm Shawndrea, a licensed massage therapist dedicated to helping each client unwind, recover and reconnect with their bodies. I believe massage is more than just relaxation, it's also a form of healing. 

Since graduating from the Columbus Medical school of Massage in 2022, I've gained hands-on experience in both chiropractic and luxury spa settings, shaping my well-rounded approach to bodywork and client care.

I specialize in customized massage sessions that combine a variety of stretching and myofascial release. My goal is to create a therapeutic experience that supports mobility, recovery and overall wellness, so you can feel your best long after you leave the table.

I am a 42 year old Fire Fighter (currently), and Air Force Veteran. Mash Massage was the best massage experience I've ever had. Five minutes in she had already done three techniques I had never experienced. The perfect balance of treatment and pleasure. No painful deep tissue craziness. She is thorough and very knowledgeable. She pays attention to you. I found myself not wanting the session to end because I knew I was doing a great service to my body. I felt amazing when I left. I am leaving this post because, self care is so important, and I want all those who don't do enough for themselves to have this experience. We all go through so much, and have our own stories.
