About Mana Massage and Wellness

Mana Massage and Wellness is a whole body wellness experience.  Mana, the Hawaiian mantra meaning "healing power within" is the basis of the therapeutic massage practiced. Each therapist has the freedom and ability to approach each session as they feel called.  Using this approach allows each session to be customized to the clients specific needs.  We incorporate many massage modalities within each session, ranging from deep tissue to energetic release, giving our clients a truly whole body wellness experience.  By connecting to the healing power within each individual we can achieve physical, mental, and spiritual wellness.

Jenny is fantastic! She creates a warm and relaxing environment, with low lighting, a comfortable table, aromatherapy, and heat application. She is an excellent massage therapist. She reads your intake forms and asks relevant questions and also pays attention to the feedback she gets from your body. I several issues and after one visit she has already improved how I feel.
