The massages have done far more than help me relax. While relaxation is important and appreciated, her work actually reduces pain and improves my quality of life. I first started seeing her after a severe fall that left me with persistent back pain. Her massages relieved that pain for up to two weeks at a time, which was something I hadn’t experienced before. More recently, I returned because I was dealing with intense, needle-like pain in my legs that was preventing me from sleeping at night. After just one session, that pain was significantly reduced, and my nighttime sleep noticeably improved. Many massage therapists focus on relaxation, but she goes beyond that. Her work is truly therapeutic and intentional, addressing pain in a way that leads to real, lasting relief. She is also able to work deeply without causing additional pain during the massage, which has not been my experience elsewhere. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for more than relaxation especially those seeking meaningful improvement in their quality of life.
