About Lumina Bodywork

Therapeutic massage for people ready to feel better — relief from chronic tension and pain, recovery from daily life, or simply a return to yourself. As a licensed massage therapist and registered nurse, Sara brings a rare combination of credentials — shaping the way she listens, the way she works, and the way she tailors each session to what your body needs that day.

The work begins with a conversation. Your chief concern becomes the focus — and from there, the session is built around you: intentional, informed, and responsive to what emerges. No two sessions are alike.

  • 60-minute focused therapeutic massage — $90
  • 90-minute unhurried therapeutic massage — $120
  • First visit: 20% off any service

She said I could take my time getting up. I didn’t want to move, my body had sunk into her warm massage table for a whole hour. Sara is warm and professional, her hands show skill and determination. She focused on my neck and back and I felt total relief after she was done. She explained everything well and communicated throughout. Her space is cozy and quiet. Highly recommend Lumina Bodywork.
