Therapeutic Massage is any type of massage modality that helps relieve pain and mental stress. Many people have integrated Massage Therapy into their health and wellness routine for its amazing, holistic benefits such as increasing relaxation, improving circulation and energy, improving immune health, and greatly reducing tension and pain in the muscles, tendons and joints.
