I've been working as a massage therapist in Littleton and at my client's homes throughout the Denver Metro  since June of 2025. I love being able to help people and improve lives through bodywork. I aim to craft each session individually based on your needs in the moment. Working through deep knots and trigger points, limbering up with assisted stretching, or just helping you to relax away some stress through light-pressure calming touch.

I think massage can and should be a part of everyone's life if they want it. I aim to make massage attainable and affordable and you can always reach out to me so we can find ways to make massage possible for you. I first fell in love with massage when I was a ballet dancer, and I have continued to love the way it makes me feel recovered and stronger as I've embraced other physical pursuits like weightlifting and yoga. It also helped me to enjoy being in my body when I was injured and couldn't do any of the usual physical things I'd previously loved.
