What are you waiting for?! Give them a call already. My experience has been phenomenal and pain relief most appreciated. I was told this is not your "fluff and buff" type of massage and this is spot on. Body Work is the focus if you choose target areas to gain pain relief. I cannot say enough good things about Lighten Up. I have only worked with Anna and Bailey, but I am sure all Associates are amazing!
