What a wonderful experience! Anna truly is one of a kind, she provides a wonderful healing experience. She takes the time to really listens to what your body needs, offering multiple modalities to help achieve better mobility and improve my overall health. I have a long history of weight training which has taken its toll on my body, plus I was diagnosed with a connective tissue disorder several years ago, Anna has greatly improved my quality of life through her healing sessions! She has also made suggestions on things that I can do on my own to compliment our sessions together, which allows me to keep the mobility that her sessions give me. I highly recommend Lighten up Wellness Center!
