About LB Well LLC

I'm Laura Briones, and at LB Well, I'm thrilled to bring nearly 20 years of experience in health and wellness to my table! My journey into the world of body movement began early, as a college athlete. After completing my B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, I've had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, blending those experiences into the comprehensive practice I offer today. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Corrective Exercise Specialist, I’m passionate about helping clients discover their incredible ability to heal and strengthen their bodies. I truly believe that motion is medicine, and fostering consistent momentum is key to inspiring clients to maintain their wellness!
