About Lauren Miele, LMT, LLC

I provide therapeutic massage and bodywork for the enhancement of the well-being of health-minded individuals. My success is built on trust, professionalism, and a personal touch that encourages collaboration between the client and therapist.

While I would consider myself to be primarily a moderate-to-deep tissue focused therapist; prenatal, sports massage, assisted stretching, and post-surgical recovery are all within my specialties. Book the time, and we will come up with a treatment plan to suit your individual needs.

Lauren is small in stature, but mighty with the massage! Her Deep Tissue massage is beyond wonderful. It will take multiple visits to get myself back to my level of normal...but, with that said, Lauren was quickly locating all of my knotted muscles, and getting them to release.
